At Ralph Lauren my role was closely linked to HR business functions I had the pleasure of designing many Diversity Equity and Inclusion Comms, campaigns and Training. This is one campaign that focused on Pride and comprised of a Learning resource, and social media comms, class rooms and shop floor training.
